God's Place Is The Best Place
Zechariah 10:6, "And I will strengthen the house of Judah, and I will save the house of Joseph, and I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off: for I am the LORD their God, and will hear them."
God is redemptive!!! And nowhere in the Bible is that more apparent than in this passage of Scripture. People often talk about God's forgiveness, but how about His heart to restore? How is your attitude in cooperating with God's desire to bring people back to Himself with the right heart and attitude? "Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted." (Galatians 6:1) The word "restore" means to "render fit and make sound."
People who are saved, need to know that God can put their lives back together for His glory. Genuine repentance always results in a change of heart and direction. When we get right with God He extends mercy and places us where He wants us.
"...I will bring them again to place them; for I have mercy upon them: and they shall be as though I had not cast them off..."
You can walk as you should and live life for God's glory as you seek His forgiveness and restoration.
