Every Day is a Day Made by God for You and Me

Good Morning,

Psalm 118:24, "This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."  

God is forever at work in our lives. There are special days in God's economy of time. The six days of creation, the day of Jesus birth, Calvary, the resurrection, the rapture of the church, the return of Christ to the earth to rule and reign. But every day should be special for the Christian.  There is a certain amount of confidence, contentment, and peace of mind that comes knowing that whatever the day is (yes, even on Mondays), God is the One who made it.

There are evil days, Ephesians 6:13 states, "Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand."  Some days are filled with difficulty, temptations and trials, yet God has given us the supply of His armour to equip us for victory.  Every day is a day which the LORD has made.     

God made today, by design and on purpose. What you do with today is up to you. I pray we will rejoice and be glad in it.
