Grateful People Worship the LORD

Exodus 4:30(b)-31, Moses "...did the signs in the sight of the people.  And the people believed: and when they heard that the LORD had visited the children of Israel, and that he had looked upon their affliction, then they bowed their heads and worshipped."

Moses was hesitant to become the leader the Lord wanted him to be. He used his lack of public speaking ability as a reason for not being able to do what the Lord wanted him to do.  Moses would become one of the greatest leaders the world has ever known. God provided what was necessary to allow the people to believe, "and the people believed" and upon the time of their belief they responded by bowing their heads and worshiping God.

God gave three miracles to Moses to bring the people to belief:  the rod, the leprosy, and the blood.  He gave Moses Aaron as a mouthpiece and everything necessary for his leadership was now in place.  The rest, as we know, is history.

Believing people should be grateful people who worship the LORD.  Would you dedicate yourself today to being not only a believer in God, but one who gratefully worships the LORD?  You will be a source of blessing to others and have a greater influence upon the advancement of God's Kingdom.

Let's positively impact the cause of Christ in our world with gratitude and worship!

Have a great day!

Pastor Abbott
